This is a super-charged intensive 1 day Personal or Professional Coaching
session, designed to meet your specific needs and create the momentum
needed to expedite achieving your goals. We work on whatever personal
or professional changes you want to make.
Sometimes known as Executive Coaching, a personal breakthrough session is designed to enable you to rapidly achieve significant transformations in their life. It is a unique, intensive and transformational one-to-one development programme that uses some of the world’s most powerful personal development technologies to breakthrough performance barriers, limiting beliefs and embedded behavioural patterns that are unhelpful and are holding you back from achieving what you want out of life. This may be in your personal life, in business, or in your career.
The sessions are tailored to each individual, you decide what you want to achieve in terms of your personal and professional goals and I work with you to facilitate your success in those areas.

What does a Personal Breakthrough Session involve?
We work on 1 or 2 key areas in your life where you want to have the greatest impact; this may be business or career, relationships, family, health, spirituality or personal growth.
Breakthrough sessions provide rapid results and the process begins as soon as you are accepted onto the programme.
A Complimentary Zoom Call to set expectations ahead of your breakthrough session. we’ll chat through the process and then we’ll both decide if we feel this is the best way forward for you. We’ll chat through what it is that you want to achieve and I’ll explain the process that we’ll use. I’m sure you will have questions and will want to see if we’re a good fit too.
As for me, well I want to be sure that I’m the right person to help you. I need to be sure that you will approach this with an open mind, and that you’re prepared to leave your comfort zone behind to enable you to confront emotions and memories that may be painful, so that you can finally release everything that’s been holding you back. It’s important to understand that I will only accept you onto this programme if I sense that you’re ready.
I will send you a questionnaire to complete and return prior to your breakthrough session. This helps me understand where we need to focus your energy and ensures we are both fully prepared and set up for success. Depending on your answers, there may be some additional tasks to complete.
Agree the time and location of your session. The programme is carried out in a stress free location and the day will last between 6 and 8 hours. We’ll begin by fully exploring the reasons you are at the breakthrough session and setting goals regarding what you want to achieve. The first part of the session will be me asking you lots of questions before we move on to working through what needs to be done to achieve your outcome.
If we meet online, we’ll split the session into two or three shorter sessions.
It’s fair to say that the day will be emotionally draining, there are often tears and also laughter. You will also find it exhilarating as we start releasing the blocks and your focus switches to creating your deeply desired future. I deliberately run these on a Saturday to enable you to, where possible, take it easy the following day.
As part of your personal breakthrough programme, you will also receive 2 additional coaching session over the following 2 months. This way, we can ensure that you remain on track and fully integrate your transformation and learnings.
During Your Breakthrough session you will:
- Establish clarity on the REAL issue that’s driving your current behaviour & results and resolve it.
- Gain freedom from the uhelpful past emotions of Anger, Sadness, Fear, Hurt & Guilt.
